Greg Gornall has more than 30 years of experience in managing businesses associated with the waste management/environment industry, specialising in the Manufacture, Quality Management, Marketing and Sales of Mobile Garbage bins in Australia, New Zealand and Asia. Areas of particular expertise and skill include:
- Taking full CEO responsibility for medium-sized, diverse businesses
- Conceptualisation, business strategy development, and implementation
- Development, implementation and management of corporate governance policies
- Compliance and Certification to AS4123-2024 Mobile Waste and Recycling Containers
- Product stewardship focused on sustainability and the circular economy
- Market positioning, and international market-driven business revenue expansion

- Reviewing and implementing new management systems, including IT, ISO and other

- Managed implementation of first mobile garbage bin systems, second and third bin systems for source separation of recyclables, packaging and organics
- Procurement and acquisition of various types of waste and related industry equipment
- Extensive waste management business experience in container systems in Australian/NZ and SE Asian markets as well as China
Greg is current Chair of the Australian Standards Committee AS4123-2024/25 Mobile Waste and Recycling Containers and has extensive experience in methods of Conformity, Certification, and Product Manufacturing Quality Plans.
Greg has accompanied both the Prime Minister for Australia and the Minister for Trade as an industry representative on a number of overseas Government Trade Missions
